A long standing institution of International Falls, Border Bar's pizza is well-loved for a reason: it's super delicious! If you love tomatoes as much as I do, it's practically an excuse in itself to order a pizza (instead of diced pieces, BB uses large slices of real tomatoes). The burgers are hearty, the chicken strips are juicy, and the shrimp jammers are my new favorite in the appetizer section.
Stopped in for pizza and was pleasantly surprised that beers were cheap and the bar was playing MTV classic music videos on TV. Perfect atmosphere. Our bartender was also so positive and kind!

We had the medium meat lovers pizza. It was larger than advertised and absolutely covered in meats. Best pizza I have had in years.
We Googled best Pizza in International Falls and this was one of their answers. …and yes, it belongs on that list. The owners were awesome and running the show. So either by fate or by luck, we picked this one. Good choice on our part.
Had to make a run (walk) to the border, literally, walked over from Canada, to try this place. Exactly as expected! Beer was ice cold, pizza was as-ordered, every little square was a flavour bomb...cheesy and "greasy" as I like it. Highly recommend!
